A Bit About Therapy

Guiding You On the Path of Self-Healing

According to the American Psychological Association, “Therapists help people of all ages live happier, healthier and more productive lives.” Through the use of various psychotherapy methods and collaborative treatment measures, my patients develop life-changing habits to help them cope with life’s various obstacles. My therapy sessions are designed to examine personal issues and provide patients with effective tools to help them grow.

Perhaps you're feeling down or anxious - maybe you're unsure about the future of a relationship, or just feel that you aren't living the life you were meant to lead. Regardless of your needs, I am here to offer support and guidance. Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery; in my sessions I promote cognitive and behavioral transformation by encouraging a positive outlook and the adoption of new attitudes and reactions. I have the tools and professional experience to help.

What To Expect At Your Visit

I implement effective therapy methods to instill self-understanding among patients and encourage them to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards life situations. It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a one size fits all or a overnight success: therapy is a healing process that necessitates participation and investment from the patient and caretaker alike. But in the end, making small changes can bring life-altering results.
